At Harmony House, we combine the spiritual with the relational (which most definitely includes the sexual) to allow a holistic approach to Christian counselling and psychotherapy.

Our approach to couples and sex therapy is collaborative, and we address the unique needs and goals of each couple. We prioritise a faith-based approach as an essential aspect of enrichment for couples. Harmony House provides a safe and confidential space where couples can openly explore their thoughts, feelings, and concerns without fear of judgment or criticism.

Pen Therapy - Online Wellbeing Journaling

When was the last time you purposefully set aside time for yourself? Pen Therapy is for you if you feel you would benefit from an hour of calm, where your only focus is to get your thoughts out of your mind and onto the page.

Journaling for the sole purpose of your wellbeing is a powerful experience, and one that can help you to take care of your mental health if you are committed to the journey of getting to know and appreciate the person that you are today - weakness included. Pen Therapy is an affordable way to find your voice for your own needs, and helps to establish intentional ways to take better care of self.
